How brushes last for years

Wash weekly
Lukewarm water and mild shampoo or brush soap, swirl the fibres gently in your palm until the water stays clear.

Dry flat
Never stand them upright in a cup – water runs into the ferrule and loosens the handle. Lay them over the table edge, fibres pointing down.

Wipe foundation brushes daily
Creamy residue glues the fibres together. Wipe on a cloth after applying, wash thoroughly once a week.
